Internet Week NY Partners with Weeks Week, presented by the Mayor’s Office of Weeks & Months and the International Academy of Week (IAW)
Celebrating NYC’s best weeks—from Restaurant to Wellness Week—Weeks Week is a seven day festival structured around the thriving Week industry in New York. Taking place across the city from September 19-25, 2011, Weeks Week will incorporate venues as diverse as performance spaces and aquariums.
Weeks Night, the culminating event of Weeks Week, will honor Shark Week for its decades of dedication, “Shark Week is a true pioneer of week-long celebrations”, said Internet Week Chairman David-Michel Davies. “Over the course of 23 years, it has demonstrated the mass appeal of spending seven days celebrating one subject. It is an inspiration.”
