Makes you realize how amazing MLK was … EDIT: It turns out the original first sentence, “I mourn the loss of thousands of precious lives, but I will not rejoice in the death of one, not even an enemy,” was made up and NOT from MLK. Apparently the Mark Twain quote also making the rounds this week was also only “interweb true” (I shouldn’t be surprised!), and was actually from Clarence Darow.)
